Sharon has over a decade of intensive experience in the real estate industry. She has firsthand experience of it all - from being a tenant, an owner builder, a landlord and a property investor. She believes that the qualities needed to be successful in this field are empathy, patience and understanding.
Sharon's greatest passion is good old fashion customer service - as in picking up the phone or having a face-to-face conversation. This is established by her 25 years working in the telecommunication industry's customer service department and 10 years working in hospitality. She can adapt quickly to different roles, engage in new tasks, and greatly values the lesson learned from every experience. Sharon's favourite aspect about her job is networking amongst other agencies and the teamwork with her colleagues. She loves the long-lasting friendships formed with tenants, co-workers, and property owners.
What Sharon loves about working in CR Martin Real Estate is that the company is small and personalised. Everyone in her team has vast experience in the field and they complement each other's individual skills. Together with Sharon's strong leadership, the property management department is a powerful unified team of resilient, intelligent, and beautiful women.
Did you know? Sharon created the company's slogan "Big Enough to Know, Small Enough to Care" because she strongly believes in the importance of experience and empathy when it comes to property management. Sharon has been there and done that. She has experienced the hardship as a tenant and concerns as an owner/investor. In Sharon's spare time, she loves cooking, gardening, socialising, shopping, going to the theatre and eating out.
